SlickSugar was founded by two busy mompreneurs who wanted to create a the line that would inspire kids to embrace the love of music or as they write on their website to "pick up an instrument, sing in the car or dance down the stairs." The two give back a portion of every order received to Mr. Holland's Opus Foundation which supports music education through the donation of new and refurbished musical instruments to underserved school and community music programs and individual students nationwide.
